Custom Made Gowns
We are unable to offer refunds returns or exchanges on Custom Made-to-Order gowns. You agree at the time of measurements you ensure complete and accurate measurements and design are submitted at the time of placing the order as these measurements and the design request are final. Full payment is required upfront for custom made to order gowns. Deposits may be considered at our discretion for special circumstances. We do not refund for change of mind. Sawa+Co does not take responsibility for any adjustments or alterations needed to be made on your gown once production commences and is completed with the exception of minor adjustments if production hasn't reached a certain stage. This is subject to production stage.
Once your design and measurements are locked-in, you will be unable to cancel you order as the gown will have gone immediately into production. You will not be subject to a refund. Prior to delivery of your gown all gowns undergo professional quality control to ensure fabrics and manufacturing are of our highest standard. We will not be liable for any damage to the goods, which occur during the transit period when they are in the possession of a transport company. Any claims made for damage will need to be made through the carrier. In the event of damaged gowns we will assist you by providing you with images of the goods taken prior to hand over to the carrier.
