All orders are sent via Aus Post, DHL and FEDEX and will require a signature upon delivery.
Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is placed you will receive an email or text confirmation from Sawa+Co.
Any order received after 10am AEST will be processed the next business day. Please consider the quoted delivery period in consideration of this.
Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
Our website shows current stock availability. However, there may be instances where stock count may not be 100% accurate. We will inform you via email or phone if the item you have ordered is out of stock or will require a longer processing time.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an automated email or text with a tracking number and information on how to track your purchase.
During sale times and holiday seasons, your item may take longer to arrive due to influx of orders. We will endeavour to keep up with demand however please allow adequate time for delivery during these busy times.
Sawa+Co is not responsible for delays caused by courier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance processing time. This is out of our control.
All prices on our website are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.
Lost or Damaged Goods
If your item is lost or damaged during the transit stage, please contact us at within 7 working days of your order date so we can investigate.
Sawa+Co will not be held liable for stolen parcels after delivery is made. We highly recommend customers provide a secure delivery address.
